Product Manager for STP and Head of Deployment across ICAP; Non-Executive Director of European Venues and Intermediaries trade association.
Jason is a seasoned Financial Markets and Technology leader who has spent his career leveraging technology to evolve businesses. He was Head of Execution at a leading Regtech firm, Droit; Head of FX e-Trading Europe at Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Head of FICC Emerging Market e-Business, prior Head of FICC Emerging Markets Technology at Goldman Sachs. Jason has held the CF30 (Customer Dealing) certified role at several regulated firms in the UK.
Rose Jan is CEO of Kmerit (Suzhou) Information Technology Co Ltd, a leading Treasury & Capital Markets solutions provider incorporated in China. Before joining Kmerit in 2015, Rose spent 11 years with Misys, where she initiated the localization process for Misys products in the China market, led the sales team – growing the customer base from 2 banks to over 60+ clients across 80+ projects – and was involved in all deals from bidding, implementation, to business development. Prior to Misys, Rose was a Senior Account Manager at Reuters, as well as spending 3 years working as a Treasury dealer in Hong Kong.
Dan Kramer is Vice Chair of Calastone with responsibility for expansion of business in the Americas. Dan joined Calastone in 2019, from BNY Mellon, where he held the position of EVP and Chief Client Experience Officer, managing all stages of customer experience across client service, insight and strategy. Prior to this, he spent eight years at JP Morgan Chase as Head of Fund Services. In his earlier career Dan was EVP of Institutional Equities at Thomson Reuters (previously Thomson Financial), Global COO of DWS Investments, Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley.
David Casterton was CEO of ICAP Global Broking from 2012-2017, responsible for all voice broking, technology and support functions globally. In 2017, David became Vice Chairman of ICAP, before retiring from day-to-day executive duties in 2019. David joined ICAP in 1995, cycling through senior broking roles before being appointed CEO of ICAP London and EMEA. Before joining ICAP, Casterton worked for MW Marshalls and Guy Butler International.
Alexander “Sandy” Broderick was previously Non-Executive Director of AIM listed regulatory reporting and collateral risk management solutions company, Lombard Risk Management plc (acquired by Vermeg Group). Prior to Lombard Risk Management, Sandy was CEO of DTCC DerivSERV, where he led the rollout of its Global Trade Repository in Europe and Asia, as well as holding the CEO position of New York Portfolio Clearing, where he oversaw its development and successful sale to ICE. During Sandy’s 23 year trading career at Societe Generale and Bank of America, he was at the centre of several industry initiatives in clearing and market infrastructure, including development of the LCH Clearnet SwapClear system. Sandy was Chairman of the OTC Derivnet Board from 2011 to 2012.
Matthew Stemp is the former Head of UK at UBS Global Asset Management, where he worked from 1992 – 2010. He began his career at Lazard Brothers before moving in 1986 to Fidelity International. In 2011, Matthew moved to Berenberg, where he helped to establish an institutional asset management presence in the UK market. Since 2017 he has worked as an independent consultant to fund management businesses.
Alistair has a balanced mix of finance and entrepreneurship experiences. His insights into the Chinese and British business cultures enable him to serve in consultancy roles in multiple cross-border transactions ranging from project financing to greenfield investment involving both private and public sector. Alistair started his career at ICAP as a broker covering Asian markets in London before moving on to found the AskiNow edtech platform. Alistair also serves as a product manager for the Viva simulation system developed by leading banking IT service provider, Kmerit, in China.
Drew Brick has over 30 years of experience in finance, politics and technology, much of which has been based in Asia. He is currently President of PrideRock Global Investment Management, a China-centric multi-asset macro hedge fund based in Hong Kong, and Director of HK Allegra Ltd., the Hong Kong-based market consultancy, where he offers deal advice to management and operating partner teams looking to align business models with capital providers. He serves on several corporate boards as a Director or Strategic Advisor and advises governments, central banks and myriad capital market associations on trading, technology, data, regulation and business and how each interconnect.
